There is no age restriction at MysteryRooms. However, due to the difficulty of some of the riddles, we suggest a minimum age of 12 years. Children from the age of 9 can go on a family adventure with us to support their parents and sibblings. Children under 14 have to be accompanied by an adult.

There is no maximum age. Seniors are more than welcome. Due to their experience, they could take an important part within the group. So why not bring your grandparents?

MysteryRooms is a game for teams. The team size can vary from 2 to 6 players. Since the game is quite tricky and time plays an important role, the difficulty rises when having fewer players in the team. The best experience is given, when the group consists of 4 players minimum.

There is also the opportunity to choose our versus mode for groups from 7-12 players. For more information, please download our  infor sheet for teambuilding.

The time limit is 60 minutes to escape the room. If your team is very smart, it is possible to escape in under 45 minutes. In general, you should schedule about 1 hour for the game and 15 minutes before and after the game. This will add up to 90 minutes.

After 60 minutes, we will come and release you out of the room. Usually, we will then explain the missing steps and riddles.

You don’t have to be Superman! A little cleverness, creativity and team work are the key factors. They will help you to escape the room.
